Me:  “What’s all over your face?”

Marissa: (with slight look of confusion coupled with a bit of indignation) “My head.”

Heard in my car:

William:  “Bluebuns!  Look mommy, I see bluebuns!  I LOVE bluebuns, they’re so pretty.”

Pray tell what are blue buns?

    Are they bluebells???

Blue Bonnets, they are our state flower. Personally, and I’ll probably be shot or something for saying this, I don’t find them all that fantastic. Everyone around here thinks they are the most beautiful flower ever created…me not so much.

Now you are going to force me to google bluebonnets with african internet so I can see what they look like. Sigh. LOL

  3. Tova Says:

Ya, me too. Just minus the AFrican internet thing. I’ll go and check right now…Ohhhh, Lupine. We have the same thing. We call it Lupine. I think it’s pretty en mass, but not spectacular.
