A New Baby May 2, 2010

There is nothing like a new baby to bring a smile to your face.

There is nothing like a new baby to cuddle and love.

They’re always so soft, cute, and cuddly.

Well, almost always.

This baby is certainly cute, but not so cuddly.

I do purchase her toys, I swear.  She has a toy box full of babies.  Babies of every race and gender.  I guess she didn’t feel her quiver was complete with out a rock baby.

Hey, she’s just working out African roots. 🙂 Check out this story- I bet Marissa would love it. It’s a favorite of Becky’s!!

Elizabeti’s Doll by Stephanie Stuve Bodeen (there’s a whole series. These are the most authentic “African” stories I’ve been able to find. 🙂 )

Shannon, I actually think she got the idea from that book. It is just about the cutest series of books! We checked them out from the library about two weeks ago and they have been read over and over and over again.

Cute! This baby appears to be bi-racial.

Ok, you had me for half a second there.

Nice baby. Sure did bring a smile to my face.
